Water Cooler Group (and any reference to Water Cooler Group shall include Water Cooler Group’s parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, collectively “WCG”) provides solutions designed to address the paradigm shift in how marketers build their brands today. Water Cooler Group serves a vast array of clients in a variety of verticals.

For clarification, this Privacy Policy applies to all of WCG’s brands, without limitation, Media Storm, Maude, Three Degrees and JubaPlus. All references in this Privacy Policy to WCG include WCG and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies. All references to “us” or “we” refer to WCG. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we collect, how we collect the information, how we use the information, how we share or disclose the information, how we store the information, and your choices regarding the use and processing of the information.

WCG reviews, monitors and evaluates its privacy practices and protection systems on a regular basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, transmissions over the Internet and/or a mobile network are not one hundred percent (100%) secure and WCG does not guarantee the securit y of transmissions. WCG is not responsible for any errors by individuals in submitting Personal Data to WCG.
